If we look at the chart right behind me here--it is a little bit crooked--but you can see that at one time, going back into 1989, the Forest Service, adjusted by inflation, was generating $2.9 billion a year, $2.9 billion a year of revenue, which certainly was going to take care of covering the costs for the Forest Service, and then generate revenue for the people across this nation.
