I have been concerned about low-flying aircraft.

It is somewhat disconcerting to me that we are going to ship a potential plane that has some issues revolving around terrorism to Salt Lake.

I think it is a big problem, quite frankly, from my perspective.

I appreciate your efforts in working together to solve the problem.

I think it is a huge problem, and I think the Chairman brought it up.

This is a big issue with a lot of dough, and we want to make sure it gets to the ground.

I am very, very concerned that it might not get to where it needs to be.

It only makes sense that the tribe would have a hand in managing that natural resource because they have been doing it forever.

Make no mistake about it. It has been solid.

I appreciate the work you do. Everybody's got their priorities, and it seems like some of them are at loggerheads with one another.

I'm all about making folks lean and mean, and all that.

Right. Because if there's more hazardous fuels, it sounds to me--and correct me if I'm wrong--there's more potential for fire.

I think we all have a tough job. There's, we know that the deficit and debt issues are critically important to get under control.

Research and development is something that's pretty important in our overall economy.

I can accept that if I know what the short-term versus the long-term impacts are.

So, where'd the $400 million come from?
