After healthcare, public safety was the most important.

We have unemployment rates in Indian Country that are through the roof. I think this is a big part of that.

We need to do better. That is why we passed the bill, to give you the support that is needed in Indian Country.

I cannot believe--and I do not know what happened to the system that would allow justification for somebody to tell you that you are not getting any information and that is the way it is.

It is long past the time where we need to start to bring accountability and change the way contractors do business for this country.

I just want to thank you guys for all your work. I very much appreciate it.

You've got to appreciate somebody who's going to be in a Federal judge position that not only has integrity and knows fairness, but knows how to work hard.

This guy has got such a great resume, yes, it does take two of us.

I would first like to take this opportunity to thank Senator Tester for the work he has done to address this problem.

This is about gathering information and utilizing information to make a difference.

Does talking about it or not talking about it affect suicide clusters, and if so, how?

Communities play such an incredibly important role with their buy-in.

It is very important for us as adults to go to our youth and listen to them.

Senator Tester's office supported us and announced that our application was successful on July 28.

That is what we are asking you, Senator Tester. That is what I am asking you. I am asking you to be a leader for the State of Montana.

I would like to thank you, Senator, for your support in our application for a $1.4 million grant awarded just two weeks ago.

Our people deserve healthy bodies and healthy minds. Our children deserve a future.

I want to thank you all for your contribution to this hearing.

You can remove tenure from the State of Montana. You can have accountability in the schools, access to equal education.

I do believe, will make a difference.

It was, I think, a pretty good piece of legislation.

But the fact is, there are people who care, right?

Our marching orders are this: that no single agency, no single institution, no single level of government has a comprehensive solution.

This is going to raise heck with rural America, I am just telling you.
