The wait lists are unacceptably long, but hiding the length of those wait lists to meet Washington performance measures by kicking people off the wait list altogether is outrageous.
We are talking about the rollout of healthcare.gov and countless other IT projects that have been lucrative for contractors but not worth the taxpayers' expense.
