If we're going to bail these coyotes out, well then how about if we have an equity position? Why wouldn't the taxpayer make a little money if they do turn around?

I think Colorado and Washington is a pretty good experiment. I think the federal government ought to let states decide, if a state doesn't want medical marijuana, don't have it. If the state wants it, let them regulation it.
