I think Colorado and Washington is a pretty good experiment. I think the federal government ought to let states decide, if a state doesn't want medical marijuana, don't have it. If the state wants it, let them regulation it.

If we're going to bail these coyotes out, when then how about if we have an equity position? Why wouldn't the taxpayer make a little money if they do turn around?
