I can tell you that many civilian healthcare networks are oversaturated and will not be able to absorb more patients.
I am not a big fan of the CFPB and Dodd-Frank.
However, before making additional changes to personnel management, we need to clearly understand the problem.
To me personnel is the key--equipment can always be replaced but personnel is the key cornerstone in all military operat...
