that concludes the requests for consideration of amendments by the Chair. There are two remaining amendments to be considered, one by Senator Thune and one by Senator Vitter. I am happy to yield the floor to them to describe their amendments. I will have a comment about Mr. Thune's amendment. It is my hope that we can adopt the Vitter amendment on a voice vote. I know of no objection to it. The Thune amendment does have objections and will require a recorded vote. So that is for the information of Senators. I yield the floor. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
