if my amendment is accepted by the Senator, my amendment would amend your amendment only in one respect; that is, on page 2 of the amendment we would strike the words ``established by the Secretary'' and insert the language that I quoted: ``promulgated with the advice of the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods.'' That is the only respect in which my amendment would modify or change the amendment of the Senator from Iowa. In all other respects, the Senator's amendment remains as he offered it.
