Let me, again, congratulate you on your nomination and wonder whether or not you can identify now, after reviewing the jurisdictional responsibilities of the office you have been nominated to fill, what are the highest priorities of this administration in terms of stimulating development and stimulating the availability of education, health care, services that really would do a lot to help improve the prospects for individual residents, citizens, businesses in rural America to prosper and succeed.
