I agree that it would be appropriate for USDA to consider this application, if submitted, and I encourage the Department to give full consideration to an application for a rural telemedicine and distance learning grant from the University of North Dakota. Additionally, I expect the Department to consider only applications judged meritorious when subjected to the established review process.
