I hope the Department will take into consideration the impacts of visitation on the local communities and the limited tax base in Daggett County, as well as the current financial obligations of the communities involved. The Department should be as flexible as possible when considering this application in order to provide a safe source of culinary water for the community as well as the visitors to the area.
