The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 10002. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to plan for or carry out a furlough of a dual status military technician (as defined in section 10216 of title 10, United States Code). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 312, the gentleman from Mississippi (Mr. Palazzo) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
