AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION PARTNERSHIP PILOT PROGRAM FOR REGIONAL COLLABORATION AND INNOVATIVE VENTURE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING. Subtitle A of title VI of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 is amended by adding after section 604 (7 U.S.C. 7642) the following: ``SEC. 605. AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION PARTNERSHIP PILOT PROGRAM FOR REGIONAL COLLABORATION AND INNOVATIVE VENTURE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING. ``(a) In General.--Funds made available under this section shall be used to provide regional collaborations, technology transfer and commercialization, and innovative venture development training under the Agricultural Technology Innovation Partnership program of the Office of Technology Transfer in the Agricultural Research Service. ``(b) Funding.--Of the funds made available to the Agricultural Research Service, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $500,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018.''.
