The text of the amendment is as follows: Strike section 303 (and redesignate subsequent sections, and conform the table of contents, accordingly). Page 22, strike lines 10 through 14 and insert the following: SEC. 303. MAJOR ACQUISITIONS REPORT. (a) In General.--Subchapter I of chapter 15 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: ``Sec. 569a. Major acquisitions report Page 25, strike line 12 and all that follows before line 16 and insert the following: (b) Clerical Amendment.--The analysis at the beginning of such chapter is amended by adding at the end of the items relating to such subchapter the following: ``569a. Major acquisitions report.''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 455, the gentleman from Mississippi (Mr. Palazzo) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
