I do appreciate the Senator from Maryland joining on this. Everything he said about the committee action today in the Commerce Committee is exactly correct. I subscribe to every statement that he made. I couldn't improve on it. I urge a ``yes'' vote, and I am indeed hopeful we can vitiate the rollcall vote and save some time by voicing this one.
