And that is as it should be. I applaud that. That is freedom of speech, that is freedom of expression, and that is America. But under the proposals that we are going to be debating tonight and the rest of this process X Y Z Corporation wants to take out an $82,000 ad in the New York Times or a $75,000, or Right to Life wants to spend $75,000 of its contribution money to take out an ad in the Gannett newspaper. Then the strong arm of the Federal Government comes along with a magnifying glass and says, ``Did you say it right?…”
