I, too, rise in support of this amendment. It is in response to a tragic automobile accident that affected a number of families. I want to thank Senator Schumer's staff for working with me, the ranking member, and the chair of the Commerce Committee to get this language correct. It is in good shape. I entirely agree with the junior Senator from New York. Vote on Amendment No. 2570
