I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 19, S. 96. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 96) to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to ensure the integrity of voice communications and to prevent unjust or unreasonable discrimination among areas of the United States in the delivery of such communications. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
