Mr. President, I would like to echo the sentiments of Senator Cochran relative to Walton Gresham being awarded NPGA's Bill Hill Award. Mr. Gresham has been exceptional in helping legislators on the Federal, State, and local levels understand the difficult issues confronted by the LP-Gas business. He has taken the lead in areas critical to the industry, and has unselfishly dedicated both time and resources for the betterment of the Mississippi and National Propane Gas Associations. I am proud to know Mr. Walton Gresham. I am proud to have Gresham Petroleum headquartered in Indianola, MS. And I am proud to know that Mr. Gresham has been awarded NPGA's Bill Hill Award, the propane gas industry's highest award for governmental relations activities. ____________________
