The legislative clerk read as follows: The Senator from Mississippi [Mr. Wicker], for Mr. Lankford, moves that the managers on the part of the Senate at the conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the Senate amendment to the bill H.R. 2670 be instructed to increase defense cooperation with Israel in order to reaffirm its right to defend itself against state and non- state actors who seek to undermine Israel's sovereignty.
