The legislative clerk read as follows: The Senator from Mississippi [Mr. Wicker], for Mr. Hagerty, moves that the managers on the part of the Senate at the conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the Senate amendment to H.R. 2670 be instructed to insist upon the provisions contained in section 1880 of H.R. 2670 (relating to a prohibition on contracting with certain biotechnology providers).
