I remember 3 years ago--it was almost exactly 3 years ago--Mr. Secretary, when a devastating tornado hit Smithville, Mississippi, and Secretary Donovan came down within days with two other members of the administration, showed real concern, showed real responsiveness, and worked with us on a nonpartisan basis to help bring that community back.
