These are not my words. These are not the words of the Republican caucus. These are the words of TSA, which was tasked with a critical mission, and the words of TSA are words that we should take into account when we are debating this amendment and debating this bill. The words of TSA: Implementation of H.R. 903 ``without additional, adequate appropriations would have dire impacts upon the TSA mission and negatively impact national and economic security.'' This amendment is simple. If we are not going to fund this, we cannot put our national and economic security at risk, and this should be sunsetted.
