I think the agents that work along the southwest border are underpaid.
I think clearly that we are seeing a humanitarian crisis along the southwest border.
Chief Ortiz in March testified... that five of the nine sectors along the southwest border, in his opinion, were not secure.
It appears to me that Customs and Border Patrol... is asking for a 7.5 percent decrease from the funds that were received last Congress.
