I have an amendment at the desk. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end the following: SEC. 14. SUNSET WITHOUT APPROPRIATIONS. This Act and all requirements therein shall sunset at the end of fiscal year 2022 if sufficient funds have not been specifically appropriated to carry out this Act and such requirements. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 1097, the gentleman from Mississippi (Mr. Guest) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
