Reclaiming my time, the new majority came to town promising to balance the budget, and yet this year's budget according to the Congressional Budget Office, will spend $270 billion more than we collect in taxes. If we can cut out anything, let us start with a program that pays people up to $80,000 a year not to go to work. Please vote against this bill.
