I want to speak directly to the handful of witnesses who have been outliers in our investigation.

The process, as we see it, you know, you kind of tell us who you are interested in, and we will make it available.

We`ve put a template together for sharing information. My understanding is there`s general agreement on it.

I think we have made a significant case that there are some problems there. And if that is the direction the Department of Justice has taken, then we are nation of laws. And they are the prosecutorial body to look at it.

Inspector general Cuffari`s failure to promptly notify Congress of crucial information while conducting an investigation of the Secret Service`s preparation for and response to the January 6, 2021 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

Inspector General Cuffari failed to provide adequate or timely notice that the Secret Service had refused for months to comply with the inspector general`s requests for information related to the January 6th attack.

The bottom line is that as the cartels have strengthened their criminal efforts, their trafficking at the border, the United States has been forced to respond with more stringent vetting at our ports of entry

Facial recognition technology could absolutely be deployed to those ports of entry where the foot traffic coming through would roll right through.

There can be no doubt that that work are coordinated multi-step effort to overturn an election overseeing and directed by Donald Trump. There could be no doubt that he commanded a mob, a mob he knew was heavily armed, violent, and angry…

He summoned a mob to Washington, afterward on January 6th when he knew that the assemble mob was heavily armed and angry, he commanded the mob to go to the capitol and he emphatically commanded the heavily armed mob to fight like hell.

Mr. Bannon will comply with our investigation or he will face the consequences.

Donald Trump was the author, and we the people, for ourselves and our posterity, should not let Donald Trump be a finisher.

I never imagined that enemy would come from within.

This is not as it may appear, a story of inaction in a time of crisis. But, instead, it was the final action of Donald Trump's own plan to usurp the will of the American people and remain in power.

Donald Trump summoned a violent mob and promised to lead that mob to the Capitol to compel those he thought would cave to that kind of pressure.

There must be stiff consequences for those responsible.

Our democracy withstood the attack on January 6th. If there is no accountability for January 6th for every part of this scheme, I fear that we will not overcome the on-going threat to our democracy.

We applaud Congressman Thompson and the House of Representatives for the introduction and passing of the FEMA Equity Act.

We must do disasters differently. We must invest in our communities and put our communities at the forefront of our work as public servants.

It is a fact that disasters do not impact all people equally.

January 6, and the lies that led to insurrection have put two and a half centuries of constitutional democracy at risk. The world is watching what we do here.
