I take this minute to state that I have confirmed with the Secretary of the Treasury, Mr. Bentsen, the point concerning the revenues that would come in as a result of having these additional personnel. I am informed by Mr. Bentsen that indeed there would be expected to be a 5-to-1 ratio with respect to the benefits to accrue from the cost. So what Mr. Simon has stated with respect to those benefits is confirmed by the Secretary of the Treasury, Mr. Bentsen.
