One of the problems of being as competent and technical as you are is there are some of us, people like me from Missouri, as an engineer, like to try to put things in plain simple terms. The first thing I would like to ask, because you are the expert, but I have a little bit of a sense of what's going on here, and first of all the problem is that we are trying to collect intelligence on terrorists that are trying to kill our citizens. Is that what we are dealing with?
