It's not about doing something fast. It's about doing the right thing. It is the thing that has always worked in history. ... Let's just let people keep their own taxes for a couple of months and see what that does to the economy. I'll bet you would see some immediate results. Yet that is not a Washington-based solution. That is not a big government solution. It is allowing freedom to work, and that is what we are about. There are other solutions which say, hey, let the small businessmen keep more of what they make so they can invest and can create those jobs. That's what happened before that worked fantastically. Why don't we do that kind of thing again?
