Ronald Reagan did the same thing. George Bush II did the same thing. By cutting taxes, you allow private citizens to invest their money. When they do that, it gets the economy going. The government doesn't get the economy going. All the government can do is to create an environment that helps. So it's not like these problems, it's not like there's no answer and doom and gloom.
