So let's just say for instance that we wanted to cut more money out of Medicare. Let's say we're going to take $500 billion. But just theoretically, if you drop the money in Medicare so we're putting less money into it, what's the net effect of that going to be on the person that's counting on Medicare to pay for their medical care and to the usually older person that is counting on Medicare to cover their doctors' bills? What's going to happen then?
