I just appreciate your discipline, and having worked through specifically and exactly what the bill says. Because it is easy to say that this bill isn't going to cost a dime because somebody can say it isn't going to cost a dime. Well, that is because it is going to cost a trillion dollars instead. And you are clarifying the importance of words here. But let me ask you this question: Is it true that the policy defines what insurance has to cover? And therefore, does the Federal Government tell you that you have to have this, this, and this in your policy, and therefore force the policy to be changed even if you didn't want to change it?
