I think his problem today is that the plan we are operating under today, and what you would persist under your plan, simply leaves people who do not provide it out there to do it. They are getting by with something that others are not doing. Let us get everybody involved in health care. Everybody ought to be responsible, everybody, every employer and every employee.

Who is he talking about? Is he saying labor unions or special interests or the senior citizens or the farmers? I don't think so. So I just -- I think these are not accurate comments. I don't understand them.
