Where are your party's priorities in defunding the police, defunding our military? Put this legislation on the floor. Don't try to put it in one sentence, one sentence in a rule. We are 3\1/2\ months from a government shutdown, 3\1/2\ months. Let's pass a budget, a budget that was supposed to be passed by April 15, according to the law. April 15.
