Their concern is that the administration of clean-up will be moved away from the St. Louis area to Omaha, reducing the community's input and influence on the clean-up process. If the Army Corps of Engineers takes over the FUSRAP program, is it committee's intention that it be administered out of the St. Louis Corps office?
