I could not agree more with what Michele was saying about we need a whole-of-government approach to these competitions.

If you don't have the countermeasures, you can have all the rest of it done--it is like an army without bullets.

I believe in the dignity and value of life at all stages. I strongly supported the ban on partial-birth abortions. My opponent opposed it.

I am not confident that any place in the country is where it needs to be or really close to where it needs to be.
