And that would be all if those people would pay their full share of Medicare part B. That would be a little better. I still do not see cutting the rest from the poor and the elderly, especially my students. You know, I think one of the best benefits we have had in this country over the past few years--the gentleman degrades the Department of Education as not having educated anybody. I agree that it is true they do not go out and educate people. It is not an educational system. but we do have student loans, we have student grants, we have work study. Now, work study is one of the programs which support the most because I think it is the best because it does not put anybody into debt like a student loan does. It is different from a grant. But all three of those programs have enabled many Members, I know, in my opinion, and I say there are probably Members of this body right here today who have benefited from a student loan, grant, or work study program who would not have been able to get the higher education elsewhere.
