With more than 17,000 clemency applications pending for years before the DOJ, we must pass the FIX Clemency Act.

During the previous Administration, the President largely used his clemency power for cronies, for family Members, political allies, and friends.

Clemency provides President Biden with the authority to put humanity over greed, justice over violence, and righteousness over corruption.

Clemency became an extension of the privilege afforded to the rich and the powerful.

There will never be that, especially if it`s up to them, because they don`t see that as something that`s needed, because it`s about control, and it`s not about children.

Opposition to abortion care has never been about babies. It`s never been about children, because, if it was, we`d have better resources for when the child is actually born.

He needs to have the backs of people who are trying to get abortions right now. We need to hear from him.

We would love to see the President put his weight behind protecting this right to abortion. This is his presidency. This is his time, his moment. He should be coming out in support of abolishing the filibuster.

Choosing to have an abortion was the hardest decision I had ever made, but at 18 years old, I knew it was the right decision for me.

We know that abortion bans are systemic discrimination we know it's racism and action and the impact of this decision.

Because we have to use every tool in our toolbox.

Has the department ever conducted a review of disparate treatment of Black migrants?

The families and friends of the nearly 500,000 people who have died from an overdose since 1999, they deserve answers.

As a nurse, I am heartbroken by this preventable, preventable, totally preventable loss of life. And as a Congressman, I am outraged.
