The debt limit has to be raised. The President of the United States is asking us to raise the debt limit.

I think there seems to be a little bit of disconnect around here, in that, for years the debt limit was something that nobody wanted to raise.

There is nothing more fundamental to our democracy than voting.

This was an international attempt to impact the elections of the United States of America.

How can you say you are going to have 3-percent growth and you are going to have all this growth and revenue because of the tax cuts if you never put in the budget what the tax cuts cost?

You cannot say tax reform is paid for by growth and then count that growth as against the deficit.
