Claire McCaskill is an American politician and attorney who served as the United States Senator from Missouri from 2007 to 2019. She was the first woman elected to the Senate from Missouri. If we are going to hold these contractors accountable, we better get busy with making sure it hurts when they do things like this and fail to do things like this.
I think this is a great example of layers of contracts that do not have meaning but cost us money that we do not really get any value out of.
