You are catching these children, and then you are releasing them. Everyone goes like this, 'Not my problem.'

If we have the ability to hold them in custody, we certainly have the ability to get them to court.

If a child was removed from their family and 6 months later it was determined that no one was paying attention to where that child was, literally no one, it would be a huge scandal in my State.

I was just as angry at the Obama Administration, frankly, as I am frustrated at this Administration over the failure to recognize this gaping hole.

I certainly agree that this is an important effort.
