The more that our leadership that is actually involved in these programs is focused on this is what I can deal with from a risk standpoint and this is what I cannot and focus on requirements, I honestly think that--businesses have been…

I would like, in writing, your ideas on how we can incentivize State and local governments to pre-positioned contracts.
I mean, we are going to have this amazing asset that will handle a significant amount of research, and what would be most disappointing to taxpayers would be for them to make this kind of investment and not have it fully utilized.
I am concerned about this move of NBAF to the USDA. I do not understand why.
It would be great if the Majority would allow us to vote on a provision that would make sure those protections were in place if the lawsuit was successful.
I just think it is really important to understand that the role of State auditors is identical to the role of GAO.
Sometimes an exception to the rule makes the rule frankly a better rule, and I would think Naloxone...
I guarantee you if I put a jury of 12 in the box and tried that case, they would say, 'What is going on? Why cannot we do a single formulary price for a drug that reduces the impact of an overdose and saves lives?'
I mean, frankly, our State's budget--and most States' budgets--is dominated by passthrough money from the Federal Government.

You are catching these children, and then you are releasing them. Everyone goes like this, 'Not my problem.'
If we have the ability to hold them in custody, we certainly have the ability to get them to court.
If a child was removed from their family and 6 months later it was determined that no one was paying attention to where that child was, literally no one, it would be a huge scandal in my State.
I was just as angry at the Obama Administration, frankly, as I am frustrated at this Administration over the failure to recognize this gaping hole.
