Due to extenuating circumstances, I was unable to attend votes for the week of September 14 through September 18, 2015. On passage of H.R. 1214--National Forest Small Tracts Amendments Act of 2015 (rollcall vote No. 495), had I been present I would have voted ``yes.'' On passage of H.R. 1949--National Liberty Memorial Clarification Act of 2015 (rollcall vote No. 496), had I been present I would have voted ``yes.'' On passage of H.R. 758--Lawsuit Abuse Reduction Act (rollcall vote No. 501), had I been present I would have voted ``yes.'' On passage of H.R. 3134--Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2015 (rollcall vote No. 505), had I been present I would have voted ``yes.'' On passage of H.R. 3504--Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (rollcall vote No. 506), had I been present I would have voted ``yes.'' ____________________
