I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on Veterans' Affairs be discharged and the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of S. 1910. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The bill clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 1910) to authorize major medical facility projects of the Department of Veterans Affairs for fiscal year 2021. There being no objection, the committee was discharged and the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
