“I want to say thank you to my wonderful colleague, Erik Paulsen, who has exemplified the spirit of Bill Frenzel in the Third Congressional District seat; and it really is because our former colleague, Bill Frenzel, set a standard. Mr. Speaker, we would like to think in Minnesota that we are a trendsetter, and we have often called ourselves the Brainpower State. Well, could the Brainpower State have ever been better exemplified than by a man like Bill Frenzel? He really was a thinking man's person.
