Yes. And, Mr. Speaker, one of the things we did not see was all the planned-for catastrophes that never happened. We have challenges, yes, but the dams were not blown up, so they did not flood everybody down river. The oil refineries and the oil wells were not blown up, so they are producing. They are maybe not producing as much as they will in the future, and they are helping to offset the cost we are incurring. We did not have the tribal warfare everybody projected. So there are so many negative things that did not happen at the same time all these positive things are happening.
