In my last 10 seconds, I would just compliment and applaud the committee and the chairman for the great work that they have done in trying to offset the cut by the administration, but say with a two-thirds cuts in Byrne grants funding, this amendment is absolutely necessary. And I urge my colleagues to support its passage.
