Again, I want to thank my colleagues from the committee, the principal authors of this bill--Ms. Bonamici, Mr. Hudson, and Mr. Guthrie--for their fine work here and for the spirit of enthusiasm and bipartisanship which they have brought to this effort. I would remind all of my colleagues, as we move forward towards reauthorizing the Higher Education Act, this is absolutely not the whole thing, but it is another important step down that road.
