Congress promised to reduce the Federal role and restore local control, and we intend to keep our promise.

The only way to do that is for the administration to work with members of Congress, Democrats and Republicans.

This is an important conversation to have now because an anemic economy has made good-paying jobs hard to come by.

It could have a combination of tuition increases, service reductions, and possibly layoffs.
